 Ordering your custom sweet treats from RTistic Kitchen is easy! Follow the steps below to request a quote and place an order.

1. Send an Inquiry

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

2. Include Your Event Details

To help provide an accurate quote and availability, please include:

• Item(s) Needed: Custom cake, simple cake, cupcakes, mini cupcakes, dessert cups, or gluten-free/vegan options

• Pickup Date: Desired date for your event

• Flavor Profile: Preferred cake, filling, and frosting flavors

• Design & Theme: Specific colors, theme details, inspiration photos, or custom requests (I don't do exact replications)

• Size of cake: 8" or 6" round cakes, quarter sheet cake, 6"+8" two tiered cake, mini cakes. 

• If you are not sure what size you need, please include expected number of servings

• Quantity: Number of cupcakes, mini cupcakes, or dessert cups needed

• Budget: Your approximate target budget

3. Lead Time Requirements

Because every item is handcrafted to order, please note the following notice times:

• Simple Cakes, Cupcakes & Dessert Cups: Minimum 1 week advance notice

• Custom & Multi-Tiered Cakes: Minimum 2 weeks advance notice (more time may be required for complex custom elements)

4. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Orders are officially booked and added to the calendar only after full payment is received.

• Payment Methods Accepted: Zelle and Venmo (applicable fees apply for Venmo).
